ESF project \u2018drive \u2013 towards sustainable work\u2019<\/h2>\n

In 2020, Claeyssens and Couckuyt Experts successfully took part in the ESF project <\/span>\u2018Drive \u2013 Towards Sustainable Work\u2019<\/span><\/i>. Supported by the\u00a0<\/span>European Social Fund<\/span><\/a>, this initiative aims to promote sustainable and meaningful employment within organizations. With the guidance of professional service provider <\/span>GrowForIt<\/span><\/a>, we embarked on a structured program to strengthen our HR processes and enhance workplace sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project\u2019s primary objective was to create sustainable working conditions while optimizing HR practices. This involved increasing employee satisfaction and efficiency. Through targeted strategies, we significantly improved staff engagement, which in turn enhanced internal workflows and boosted productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The results of this project are clearly evident across our organization. Employee satisfaction and commitment have grown substantially, contributing to a more positive and productive work environment. At the same time, our internal processes and workflows have been streamlined, delivering higher efficiency and output.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to the ESF project, we are able to further our mission of building a sustainable and supportive workplace. We remain dedicated to continuously improving working conditions and HR processes, creating an environment that promotes both the well-being and professional growth of our employees. This commitment not only benefits our teams but also our clients, who experience the advantages of a motivated, engaged, and high-performing organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dit project, ondersteund door het Europees Sociaal Fonds<\/a>, richt zich op het bevorderen van werkbaar werk binnen organisaties. Met de hulp van de professionele dienstverlener GrowForIt<\/a> hebben we een traject doorlopen om onze HR-processen en werkbaarheid te verbeteren.\n\nHet doel van het project was om werkbare arbeidsomstandigheden te cre\u00ebren en HR-processen te optimaliseren. Dit omvatte onder andere het verbeteren van de tevredenheid en effici\u00ebntie van onze medewerkers. Door middel van gerichte strategie\u00ebn hebben we de betrokkenheid van onze medewerkers aanzienlijk verhoogd, wat heeft geleid tot een verbeterde interne workflow en hogere productiviteit.\n\nDe resultaten van dit project zijn duidelijk merkbaar binnen onze organisatie. Er is een verhoogde betrokkenheid en tevredenheid onder onze medewerkers, wat bijdraagt aan een positievere en productievere werkomgeving. Daarnaast zijn onze interne processen en workflows geoptimaliseerd, wat leidt tot een hogere effici\u00ebntie en productiviteit.\n\nDankzij het ESF-project kunnen we onze missie om een duurzame en ondersteunende werkplek te cre\u00ebren voortzetten.
